The Vision behind Drewa's Closet

Hello, we're Andrewa and Cliff Yearby, proud owners and founders of Drews Closet.

We both come from hardworking, middle-class families that taught us the value of dedication, sacrifice, and earning everything we have. Those lessons shaped not only who we are but also the vision behind our boutique. Since I was 18 years old, I've worked two jobs for most of my adult life. Now, at 37, I can honestly say I know what it means to work long days just to enjoy the life you dream about. My husband, Cliff, has built his career through education, earning his bachelor's degree and professional license, which has allowed our family a little more balance along the way. I've always loved beautiful things. As a Capricorn, I've naturally been drawn to elegance, luxury, and timeless fashion—but I've also believed that everything should make sense financially. Without even realizing it, I had been living by two personal mottos:

"It's not where you get it—it's how you wear it."

"It's not where you live—it's how you live."

As I grew into the woman I wanted to become, I discovered something important. Looking elegant wasn't about spending the most money. True elegance isn't a designer label—it's confidence, simplicity, and how you carry yourself. So I started mixing luxury pieces with affordable fashion. A little designer. A little budget-friendly. A little splurge. A little smart shopping. One day someone looked at me and laughed, saying,

"Girl... you're boujee on a budget." They had no idea they had just given life to the phrase that perfectly described me. Like many women, I worked hard so I could enjoy nice things. But eventually I realized something.

Let me ask you this... Have you ever walked into an upscale restaurant where the menu prices almost took your appetite away? Have you stayed at a five-star hotel where the valet greeted you, the bellman carried your luggage, and every detail made you feel important? Or maybe you've walked into a Louis Vuitton boutique, where you're welcomed with champagne and treated like a celebrity while your purchase is carefully wrapped. I still remember my first luxury experience. I was hooked. Not because of the brand. Because of how it made me feel. For a while, I chased that feeling by spending money I shouldn't have. There were times my bank account reminded me that looking wealthy and being financially healthy weren't always the same thing. That's when I remembered my own philosophy. It's not what you wear—it's how you wear it. I began shopping smarter instead of simply spending more. Something amazing happened. Whether my outfit came from a luxury boutique or a hidden gem at a fraction of the price, people gave me the same compliments. They noticed my confidence, my style, and how I carried myself—not the price tag. That's when the vision for Drews Closet was born. I asked myself... What if I could help other women experience luxury without sacrificing their financial goals? Women who work 9-to-5. Women who work 6-to-10 after that. Women raising families. Women building businesses. Women who deserve to look and feel expensive without spending $2,500 on one handbag. Because let's be honest... Why spend $2,500 on one accessory when that same money could create memories on a family vacation, build your savings, pay off debt, or allow you to purchase an entire wardrobe that makes you feel just as beautiful? At Drews Closet, we believe luxury is a lifestyle—not a price tag. Our mission is to help women discover fashion that feels elevated, sophisticated, and confident while remaining attainable. We want every woman who walks through our doors to feel the same excitement and exceptional customer service you'd expect from the world's most prestigious fashion houses. Whether you're spending $50 or $500, you'll be treated like the VIP you are. Because every woman deserves to feel beautiful. Every woman deserves to feel confident. And every woman deserves a touch of luxury that makes sense.
